What is the return policy?

Since the bikes are custom ordered, 25% restocking fee will apply and customer is responsible for shipping costs (both ways)
Customer need to get return authorization number approval. The bike should be in its original condition, not assembled and or riden.
Additional charges will apply if the bike arrive damaged or used.
Please note the grace period to request for return is 30 days from the date the bike is received.
